Great podcast! Great reminder of what are we going to celebrate in 2 years?
In Agile we always talk about our customers and what they care about. My question is, who we consider our customers? For me it was also the end user of our product, however, many told me that for a coach the customers are those who hired you. Guys, what is your opinion?
I find aligning with the customers of the one who hired you never let me down. The agile journey is a journey in the direction of the customer, so the lead my customer on *his* journey I need to know which direction to go :)
